The OVERSEER is the Admiral or designate, who will oversee the mission either from Mission Control, or from the Night MC observation deck.
Requirements
The OCDSB mandates that OVERSEERs must be at least 21 years of age. The OVERSEER must also be appointed by the Admiral.
Training
The OVERSEER should be familiar with all Alpha Procedures.
Attendance
The OVERSEER is charged with maintaining a list of all astronauts on board the Habitat, as well as any Mission Controllers or other Spacesim members who are present during the mission.
