EEP Commander

The EEP Commander (a.k.a. Education Commander) is the Commander in charge of the Elementary Education Program of the OCESS. The EEP Commanders from 2006-2007 were Jeff Gao and Jonathan Scothorn. After Stefan's Proposal to Change the Hierarchy, Jeff Gao was promoted to overall Education Commander after Guangye Cao, Planetarium Commander to-be for 2007-2008, decided to stay in China.
