The Elementary Education Program, currently lead by Mr. Brian Foo, invites elementary level students to the OCESS facility to be taught in various workshops various scientific priciples such as: Newton's Laws, Principles of Rocketry, Electrostatics, and details about the astral bodies in the solar system.

The Planetarium Program, currently led by Ms. Guangye Cao and assisted by Ms. Chen Chen, takes our inflatable planetarium, which is the only other one in the region aside from the Museum of Science and Technology's, on the road to various high schools in the area. Basic principles of astronomy are reviewed, which fit nicely with the Grade 9 Science curriculum's astronomy unit.
