Tasks
The Director of Wishes is typically the person in charge of the SWAC. Their job is to oversee the arbitrary restrictions imposed on the wishes granted to the winners of the SWAC. It is within the power of the Director of Wishes to arbitrarily change the rules regarding wishes, as well as giving wishes to whoever is deserving of them without precedent.
