Subcommanders fall under commanders in the administration. By the current hierarchy they are Planetarium Commander, Sub-Commander, and arguably Webmaster. By the 2010-11 hierarchy they will be Deputy Mission Commander, Deputy Education Commander, and External Affairs Subcommander.
