I think it has been confirmed that ES1 will never be used in a mission ever again as it completely killed integrity. Maybe someone might want to mention this. IronyFail in ANAGLYPH 3D! 15:48, 3 March 2010 (EST)
- It wasn't useful during the crossover period when MC was shifting to night MC? It wasn't useful when DM asked that the Simulators slow the astronauts down on their approach to Io so that he could get the samples ready? It wasn't useful when Mission Control wasn't helping the astronauts troubleshoot the short on the secondary power bus on the first night? Stefanido 16:00, 3 March 2010 (EST)
- You are not understanding the point. The Admiral even said to me that it was it was a bad idea. It was an interesting concept, and useful no doubt, but overall it killed integrity. IronyFail in ANAGLYPH 3D! 15:26, 4 March 2010 (EST)
- Okay, so then there should be procedures developed for how the Mission Control Commander can request help from the Simulator Commander if a particular disaster is too difficult to resolve. Stefanido 20:21, 4 March 2010 (EST)
