The Elementary Education Program, currently lead by Mr. Brian Foo, invites elementary level students to the OCESS facility to be taught in various workshops various scientific priciples such as: Newton's Laws, Priciples of Rocketry, Electrostatics, and details about the astral bodies in the solar system.

The Planetarium Program, currently lead by Ms. Guanye Cao and assited by Ms. Chen Chen, takes our inflatable planetarium (second largest in the region after the Museum of Science and Technology) on the road to various high schools in the region. Basic priciples of astronomy are reviewed, this fits nicely with the Gr. 9 science curriculum which contains an astronomy unit.
