Talk:2010 Proposal to Change the Hierarchy

Yaouh, I aplaud this.. fancy.. stuff.. Uhm, about the criticism, perhaps the positions' responsibilities could be merged whenever insufficient people can be found to fill them; the main, most important positions need a tenant, but otherwise this hierarchy could be considered a guide, simply outlining what needs to be done and could be reworked every year depending on the situation, member-wise, of OCESS. ---Wernstrum, Stargakat, Jonas 10:45, 15 April 2010 (EDT)

Yeah. Since we have no authority over future club heads of OCESS they can pretty much do what they want with it (they can chuck the whole thing out the window like we're doing), so it's sort of implied that each year you can do what you want. But yeah, it's a good point that not every position needs to be filled by a responsible, active member; however, the club will of course be healthiest when it has a full hierarchy. - Darth Wombat 17:47, 15 April 2010 (EDT)
