Lexington High School
From OCE Space Simulation
Lexington High School (LHS) was the location of the OCESS's sister program throughout the 1990's. Prior to the program's collapse in 1999, the simulation at LHS was involved in a yearly student exchange with the OCESS.
Prior to the fall of 1999, there was only one high school in Lexington, South Carolina. The Lexington High School Space Simulation program was supported by two teachers from the science department. That fall, a second high-school opened and one of the teachers moved there, and unfortunately they were no longer able to continue their Space Simulation Program.
