Disaster

A Disaster is an event unplanned by Mission Control or the Astronauts. Disasters are often caused by the Simulators but can also be caused by inattention, software glitches, LAN issues, lack of training, or bad luck.
Example Disasters
- Decompression
- Loss of Telemetry
- Loss of Communication
- Short of a Power Bus
- Radiation from solar flares, Van Allen belts or other sources
