This article is about Space Sim Lore. It contains anecdotes or Spacesim mythology.


Zarr is a phrase used by members of Spacesim when giving each other props. The opposite (or Antichrist) of Zarr is apparently Tard, though logically it should be Rraz.

Application

The Zarr should be initiated by someone when someone else has done something worthy of props. The person may not initiated the Zarr themselves, or they will be Tarded, which is done by hitting their outstretched fist in the style of "Bloody Knuckles". After the Zarr has been deployed, the person who has done the wondrous thing must complete the circuit by touching fists. They do not have to repeat "Zarr", but can if they wish.
