Purpose

Task Force Leaders are the task force members that are in charge of leading a task force. They are usualy the people that create a task force and create the proposal to the Task Force Coordinator. Thus, they are the expert on their respective task force and are responsible for making sure everything goes according to plan. Since they are the experts on their task force, they are responsible for instructing the Task Forces' members as to how to complete the task.

Responsibilities

As creator of a task force, the task force leader is responsible for filing a formal task force proposal to the TFC outlining the specifics of his particular Task forces. It is only after this proposal is accepted that he officialy becomes a task force leader. Once he is the leader of a task force, he is responsible for managing the task force and completing the task. Every work session, the task force leader must file a status report to the TFC to update him on the progress of his task force.
