:Terrorists and aliens should never happen during a main mission. Main Mission Scenarios
To my knowledge, there has never been a terrorist threat on any main mission. The only terrorist mission in recent memory is the Mission Gamma of last year. Aliens, however, are another story, and one I would rather not get into.
