Sim History is all the important official things that happened during the year. It should include things such as:
-Mission Commanders of the Year
-EEP/Planetarium Commanders or Education Commanders after Stefan's Proposal to Change the Heirarchy was semi-implemented
-How many EEPs/Planetariums were conducted
-Mission Details (Destination, Astronauts, Experiments, Deaths, etc.)
-Etc.
