Senior-imbalance

The senior-imbalance, coined by Stefan De Young in his Proposal to change the hierarchy with reference to the "fiscal-imbalance" of Canada, was largely the complaint of Bryce Storey, who felt that there were not enough leadership opportunities within Spacesim. In his document, Stefan attempts to redress the perceived imbalance.
