A Facility Change happens when Spacesim either voluntarily or involuntarily changes rooms or even buildings. This has occurred in 1992-93 (when OCESS, which had held its 1991-92 mission in the Sir John A. Macdonald Resource Center, moved to 440 Albert), in 1998-99 (when OCESS moved to the Media Center), in 2001-02 (when OCESS returned to 440 Albert, and in 2008-09 (when OCESS moved to a different room within 440 Albert).
