A Commander is someone in the top level of club or mission hierarchy. They possess differing amounts of authority as per the administration hierarchy. By the current hierarchy these are Mission Commander, Education Commander, and Engineering Commander. By the 2010-11 hierarchy they will be Mission Commander and Education Commander.
