The position of Admiral is the highest ranking within the [[OCESS], and is permanantly held by the "Teacher Advisor" of the club.
At the program's founding, Terry Pritchett was the Teacher Advisor. He held this position until 1997, when he left due to medical leave (pending retirement). Maureen McLean took the position of interim Teacher Advisor for the 1997-98 mission. Craig Hussey then took over the position full-time in 1998, finishing in 2002.
The position is currently held by Dr. James Magwood with no end to his reign in sight.
