Template talk:Expandarticle

There's a problem with this template.. it seems to include the pages that include it in the Templates Category. See GUIDO for an example. It shows up on the templates category page. As a side note, is there a good way to link to a category page? The links usually just get interpretted as requests to include the category. --Avacar 09:55, 20 February 2006 (EST)
- That happens when a template is in a category... the only solution I can think of is to get rid of Category:Templates
- Edit: I spoke too soon. Put <noinclude>...</noinclude> around the [[Category:Templates]] to fix it. --The Killer Rabbit aka Nevin 20:26, 20 February 2006 (EST)
- You can link to a category page by putting a colon before its name (ex. [[:Category:Templates]] --The Killer Rabbit aka Nevin 20:22, 20 February 2006 (EST)
- Thank you. 2 problems explained away! Avacar 12:57, 21 February 2006 (EST)
- Always glad to help. --The Killer Rabbit aka Nevin 17:44, 21 February 2006 (EST)
Redundancy
This is practically the same as the stub template. Personally, I think this one is more awkward and confusing, and stub is more like standard Wikipedia. Therefore, I propose that this become a redirect to {{stub}}.---Herr Doktor Tolkien von Oxford 22:49, 19 October 2008 (EDT)
