Liquid Nitrogen Marshmallows

Liquid Nitrogen Marshmallows are an ever-popular demonstration at EEPs and Lisgar Clubs Day. They involve freezing marshmallows to roughly -178°. In this state, the marshmallows have a unique crunchiness and brittleness, but since the marshmallow is mostly air, it will quickly dissolve in your mouth without causing frostbite. These treats also give the eater the ability to blow "smoke" at other people for a short period of time. These demonstrations usually account for many visitors to the spacesim booth on clubs day.
