Liquid Nitrogen Marshmallows

Liquid Nitrogen Marshmallows are an ever-popular demonstration at EEPs. They involve freezing marshmallows to about -170 degress. In this state, the marshmallows have a unique crunchiness and brittleness, but since the marshmallow is mostly air, it will quickly dissolve in your mouth without causing frostbite. These treats also give the eater the ability to blow "smoke" at other people for a short period of time.
