Liquid Nitrogen Marshmallows

Liquid Nitrogen Marshmallows are an ever-popular demonstration at EEPs. They involve freezing marshmallows to about -170 degress. In this state, the marshmallows have a unique crunchiness and brittlness but since the marshmallow is mostly air, it will quickly dissolve in your moth without causing frostbite. These tyreats also give the eater the ability to blow "smoke" at poeple for a short period of time.
