The Webmaster has an ambiguous rank within the Administration hierarchy. The Webmaster is generally a senior rank, as the Webmaster presides over and outranks the Wikimaster. Although officially classified as a Director, the Webmaster is frequently considered to be a Sub-commander. This is especially true in 2009-10 since Ben Paul is a grade 12.
