James Cooper, also known as "That Guy With The Book", is most famous for running the EECOM station. This is particularly noteworthy as Mr. Cooper is colorblind, which resulted in an inability to tell whether a room did or did not have pressure or atmosphere (in the EECOM software, a green room is safe to enter and a red room is not).
