The senior-imbalance, coined by Stefan De Young (with reference to the "fiscal-imbalance" of Canada) in his proposal to change the hierarchy, was largely the complaint of Bryce Storey, who felt that there were not enough leadership opportunities within Spacesim for younger members. In his document, Stefan attempts to redress the perceived imbalance.
