Fuel is a necessary part of the Habitat and Ayse systems. Although it is not a system itself, it is critical part as it keeps all other systems running.

The fuel that is in the fuel tanks is typically liquid hydrogen, if you are filling your tank from Earth or Ayse, which is then fused toghether by the reactor to make helium and energy. if you are filling your tanks from another planet such as Jupiter, you will get Hydrogen, Helium and other gases. This means that though it can still be used by the reactor, it will output less energy per Kg, which in turn means less efficiency.

Fuel can also refer to RCSP fuel, which is excess gas from the reactor.

Fuel is monitored from the Engineering station in all three locations (The Habitat, Mission Control, and the Simulator Area).
