Vice-Admiral Stefan De Young is trying to expand into the Toronto-Mississauga and Waterloo regions. He intends to put together a package detailing how to start a Spacesim, which he intends to distribute to as many schools as possible. A comprehensive package would require a large amount of diverse information, from the minimum requirements for a simulation to how it has improved the fare of Spacesim alumni.
