Ocean Sim was a fake club at Lisgar made to mock OCESS. When asked about it Doctor Jim Magwood said that they held weekly meetings entirely independent of Spacesim. The club seems to have only existed at Lisgar for one year, judging by yearbook records. They had no simulation programs or simulation venue.
