Jeffery Gao, often known as Jeff, is an alumnus of Spacesim. He was responsible for the now defunct, Jeffery-decimal system of organizing the tools, as well as an series of attempts to revive the EEPs program. For his work, he served the post of Education Commander in 2007-08.

Though never having participated on a UTSDC team, Jeff made use of the 2006-07 team's contacts at UTSDC to secure province-wide distribution of the Galileo Challenge.
