Hierarchy Moves
I'm going to keep the old positions in a "defunct positions" row on the navbar, so I'm going to revert some of those moves. Sorry. Yes, "Planetarium Commander" could be a subsection of "Deputy Education Commander", but that is illogical considering that Planetarium commanders used to have the same amount of power as Education Commanders, they just weren't club co-heads.
