The '''OCESS Revival-Through-Archival (RTA) Project''' is a large-scale proposal for club rejuvenation. It is a collection of smaller proposals with the central theme of restoring the aspects of OCESS that brought it to the place it is today, as well as introducing new ideas which will advance the club. It consists mostly of proposals smaller than the typically-seen [[Samuel Baltz|Baltzian]] proposals, though some, such as its central proposal for Hierarchy reform, approach the standard.

OCESS is a large club with a long history, and a long, exciting future ahead. It is important to ensure that its past is well-documented, so that the important and influential events that have shaped the club as we know it are remembered. The RTA project seeks to improve every aspect of OCESS, but its central theme is to take advantage of the club's incredible past, as well as the innovative ideas of its present, to ensure it an equally incredible future.
