The '''EEP Commander''' (a.k.a. Education Commander) is the old name for the Commander in charge of the [[Elementary Education Program]] of the [[OCESS]]. 

==Past Commanders==
The EEP Commanders from 2006-2007 were [[Jeff Gao]] and [[Jonathan Scothorn]]. After [[Stefan's Proposal to Change the Hierarchy]], [[Jeff Gao]] was promoted to overall Education Commander after [[Guangye Cao]], [[Planetarium Commander]] to-be for [[2007-08]], decided to stay in China.

The first person to not do EEPs was [[Jeff Gao]].
